We delivered a training workshop on project audit, project implementation and project management at Coventry University.
Following the University’s recent success in securing Horizon Europe grants, the workshop aimed to strengthen the capability of staff in the Research Office across the project delivery, research accounting and pre-award teams.
Novation Europe brought its expertise through presentations and discussion, with contributions from a European Commission Horizon auditor and two experienced EU funding specialists with extensive experience in project management and research administration.
Beyond knowledge itself, the workshop aimed to build confidence in colleagues’ ability to operate effectively within the Horizon Europe contractual framework as well as to engage constructively with academic leads and project partners.
